What CPMKit Provides

CPMKit.com offers free online advertising calculators — CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and others — along with industry benchmark data, educational articles about advertising metrics, and an embeddable calculator widget for third-party websites.

All calculator tools are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You can use CPMKit.com for personal and commercial purposes. You are welcome to:

• Use our calculators for your advertising work, client reports, or personal projects.
• Reference our benchmark data and educational content with proper attribution.
• Share links to our pages on social media, blogs, and other websites.
• Use our embeddable calculator widget in accordance with the embed license terms below.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download our content, data, or calculator code.
• Reproduce our calculator tools, code, or design on your own site without using our official embed widget.
• Use automated tools to overload our servers or interfere with site operation.
• Frame or mirror the site or any individual page.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

Calculator Accuracy and Limitations

Our calculators perform standard mathematical operations based on the numbers you enter. The formulas are industry-standard — for example, CPM = (Cost ÷ Impressions) × 1,000. However, there are limits to what any calculator can guarantee:

• Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the numbers you input.
• Benchmark data is compiled from publicly available industry reports and may not reflect your exact situation.
• Benchmarks are updated periodically but may not reflect real-time market conditions.
• Calculator results should not be the sole basis for advertising budget decisions. Always verify with your actual platform data.

Embeddable Widget Terms

If you use our embeddable calculator widget on your website:

• The free embed version includes a 'Powered by CPMKit' link. This link must remain visible and functional. Removing or hiding this link violates these terms.
• The embed loads content from CPMKit.com servers. We may update the widget's appearance or functionality. We will avoid breaking changes but cannot guarantee it.
• You may not modify the embed code to alter its behavior, remove branding, or inject your own code into it.
• Premium embed users who have purchased a white-label license may remove the CPMKit branding. The white-label license terms are provided separately at time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to disable embed access for sites that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on CPMKit.com — including text, calculators, code, design, graphics, and benchmark data compilations — belongs to CPMKit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. This does not restrict your right to share links to our pages or use the embeddable widget as intended.

Advertising

CPMKit.com displays third-party advertisements to support the site. These ads are clearly distinguished from our editorial content. We do not endorse the products or services shown in advertisements. Ad content is controlled by our advertising partners, not by CPMKit.

Limitation of Liability

CPMKit.com is provided as-is, free of charge. We do our best to keep the calculators accurate and the site running smoothly, but we make no guarantees. Specifically:

• We are not responsible for financial decisions made using our calculator results.
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of this site.

Termination
