Why CPMKit Exists

Most CPM calculators online are bare-bones, single-field tools. You punch in two numbers, get a third, and then what? You have no idea if that CPM is good, bad, or totally typical for your platform and industry. There is no context. Just a number sitting there.

CPMKit was built to fix that. Every calculator here includes industry and platform benchmark comparisons so you immediately know where you stand relative to what other advertisers are actually paying. The tools are free, they work instantly in your browser without any signup, and nothing you type is ever sent to a server. The calculations happen locally on your device. Your numbers stay yours.

What You Will Find Here

The core calculators cover the metrics most advertisers deal with daily: CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and a CPC-to-CPM converter for when you need to translate between pricing models. Who Builds It

CPMKit is an independently operated site. It is not backed by an ad agency, a SaaS company, or a VC-funded startup. There is no sales funnel behind the calculators and no upsell waiting at the end. The site is funded by advertising, and the tools are free.

The benchmark data is compiled from public industry reports, platform disclosures, and third-party studies. It gets updated regularly, but advertising markets move fast — treat benchmarks as a useful starting point, not a guarantee of what you will actually pay.

A Note on Accuracy

Every formula used on CPMKit is shown directly on the calculator page. There are no black boxes. If you get a result that surprises you, you can check the formula and trace back exactly how it was calculated. That said — calculators are only as accurate as the numbers you put in. Use these tools to inform your decisions, not to replace double-checking against your actual platform dashboards.

Every calculator runs standard industry formulas — which are shown directly on each page — entirely in your browser using JavaScript. There are no server calls, no API requests, and no data storage of any kind. When you type a number, the result appears instantly because the math happens on your device. This is intentional. Your advertising numbers are your business, not ours.

Where Our Benchmark Data Comes From

Benchmark data is compiled from publicly available industry reports, surveys, and aggregate data published by advertising platforms, marketing research firms, and trade publications. Specific sources include platform-published average CPM and CPC ranges, third-party advertising intelligence reports, and anonymized aggregate data from marketing analytics providers. Benchmarks represent broad industry averages and are updated quarterly. Use them as reference points, not exact predictions for your campaigns.
